Booking Terms & Conditions
ROOMS: All our 6 rooms have double, a heater or air-conditioning, separate space for your clothes, a cozy Moroccan lounge and WiFi. The bathroom is decorated with colorful mosaics or traditional tadelakt and has a sink, toilet and a shower. You can book our Riad exclusive for large groups, family and friends. Contact us directly for an exclusive offer.
PRICES: All the prices are per room / per night and includes homemade breakfast and VAT. Not included city taxes of 2.50 Euro per person / per night. Transfer from or to the airport : 18 euros per way. Transfer from and to the airport will be offered only if you stay minimum 4 days and you make direct reservation on our website. Extra bed (Muscade, Safran , Paprika) 30 euros per night.
RESERVATION: The reservation is confirmed after we received the 50% deposit booking via PayPal. Please follow the instruction direct in our booking system. If you have any problems with the system don't hesitate to contact us directly.
CANCELLATION: For cancellations till 30 days before arrival we pay back the 50% deposit, for cancellation after 30 days before check-in we charge 50% of the total booking amount, for cancellation 15 days before arrival or “no Show” we charge the 100%.
